Inscription - Admission

Tout candidat à l’inscription au DEA en droit de la concurrence et propriété intellectuelle doit être détenteur d’une licence en droit belge ou d’un diplôme juridique équivalent délivré par un autre Etat membre de l’Union européenne (Irlande et Royaume-Uni : LL.B. ; France : Maîtrise ; Allemagne : Hochschulabschluss ; Espagne : Licenciatura ; Pays-Bas : Doctoraal examen – Getuigschrift 4 jaar ; etc.). Tout autre diplôme sera soumis à un examen individuel.
 
Every student wishing to undertake the LL.M. in competition and intellectual property law must either have a Belgian undergraduate degree in law or the equivalent in a Member State of the European Union (Ireland and the United Kingdom : LL.B. ; France : Maîtrise ; Germany: Hochschulabschluss ; Spain : Licenciatura ; Netherlands : Doctoraal examen – Getuigschrift 4 jaar ; etc). Any other kind of qualification will be assessed individually to ensure compatibility.
